Issue:

They are having problems with the Tracker stat 16 modem. Sometimes it does not answer.

Resolution:

If the Tracker is in the middle of a remote session and the connection is abruptly severed the next time you call the modem will not answer.  Cycle power to the Tracker and the modem will work again.  Prevent this by disconnecting from the Tracker in an orderly fashion, don' just hang up.
