Tracker shows rootop space temp of -40

Resolution:

-40 means that the space temp sensor on the ReliaTel is bad or disconnected.
If the sensor is good, the RTRM is probably at fault.
Try swapping the RTRM with another unit to see if the problem follows the board or stays with the unit.
