Resolution:

From the Service Pack installation instructions onhttp://tranenetlax1/GCC_Downloads/Home/Downloads/Info/TrackerV12_SP6.asp

If you re-install this service pack, you will get a dialog similar to the following warning.  Click the 'Yes to All' button to continue the install.

If the backup does not successfully complete,

manually execute the install from this file:  UpdateTracker.exe.  This file will be located in your temp folder\TrackerSP6.
