Unable to disable Dehumidification on Voyager with Reliatel v6.

This is a bug.  Fixed in v7

Other Question/Problem/Cause Statements:

• There is a bug in Reliatel V6. When we send a humidity setpoint of 0% the Reliatel goes nuts, 3 minutes dehum on, 3 minutes dehum off forever. When you disable Dehum in Tracker this happens.
• When Humidity setpoint is set to 0 Dehumidification repeatedly cycles on and off
