Tracker PC Software - Alarm reporting E-mail set up

Under Alarm procedures/Global Alarm procedures/Setup Global Alarm routing you find:
Set up global alarms routing
The following procedure enables you to setup the global alarms distribution list. All alarms in the Global Alarms alarm log are automatically forwarded to the e-mail addresses in the global alarms distribution list.
1.At the toolbar, click the Alarm Log icon. The Alarm Log and Setup pane displays.
Note: When the Tracker PC workstation is not communicating to the Tracker controller, only the Global Alarms tab and the Global Setup tab are available.
2.Click the Global Setup tab.
3.At E-MAIL MESSAGING AND ROUTING, click to place a check in the Enable Email Forwarding check box.
4.At the Enter new e-mail address field, type an e-mail address.
5.Click the Add button. The e-mail address displays in the distribution list.
6.To add more e-mail addresses to the distribution list, repeat steps 4 and 5.
7.Click the Save button.
8.To test e-mail routing, go to step 9; to exit global alarm routing setup, go to step 12.
9.Click the Test E-mail button. The Send Test E-mail dialog displays.
10.Click the Yes button. A confirmation dialog displays verifying that a test e-mail has been sent to each address in the distribution list.
Note: At this point you may want to verify the test e-mail messages were received.
11.Click the OK button. The confirmation dialog closes.
12.At the toolbar, click the Home icon. The Home screen displays..
The Tracker must have an Ethernet connection to the workstation to route the alarms.
