Issue:

No backup files are listed for VariTrac CCP in restore

Resolution:

The VariTrac and Tracker software look for backup files in C:\Program Files\Trane\Light Commercial V12\Tracker\Backup. He had no files in this folder. They were all in C:\Program Files\Trane\Light Commercial V12\Tracker\Backup\Pre SP Backup. He copied the files from there into the Backup folder, and they appeared in the Restore list.
